The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all Paracon deliveries (Webdanes Group - VAT no.: DK31780438). These terms apply in the absence of other written agreements between you the buyer and Paracon.

Documentation and guidance
In cases where the product comes with instructions for use and a product description, these are included when the product is delivered. If you need further information or advice about a product from Paracon, this information acts as a guide. Paracon guarantees that all goods meet the requirements for CE marking.

Delivery time and transport
A product from Paracon is considered to have been delivered when the consumer has received the product. Delivery of goods is carried out by GLS.

Responsibility for the goods
Responsibility for taking care of the goods and the risks this entails pass to you as a consumer once the goods have been delivered.

Complaints
Any defects in Paracon goods or damage to Paracon goods during delivery must be reported within a reasonable time after you discover the defect or damage. It's your duty as a consumer to clarify what's wrong with the product. If you notice your product is broken or faulty in any way, contact Paracon immediately. In general, you can only complain about goods when a fault has occurred within two years of your receiving the goods. For goods with a limited service life, the shelf life period that Paracon communicated at the time you purchased the product applies.

If the complaint is justified, i.e. that the error did not occur as a result of incorrect use or external physical damage to the product, Paracon will either repair the product, replace it, refund the full amount or refund a certain part of the amount. This will depend on the case at hand. Paracon is responsible for any shipping costs that arise in the event of a complaint about a product purchased from us only if the shipping costs are reasonable and the complaint is justified.

NOTE - WE DON'T ACCEPT PACKAGES SENT USING CASH ON DELIVERY OR TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED ADDRESS FOR COMPLAINTS.

When you buy a product from Paracon, you can order the product online and pay via:

When you pay by card, you're always protected against misuse of the card. If someone incorrectly uses your card to pay for an item from us, you're not liable for any fees, because Paracon's web shop uses the payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means shopping in our online store is even safer than in a physical store.

Paracon does not have access to your personal information when you purchase from our web shop. Thanks to the payment system (SSL), all your data is encrypted. in other words only the payment handler gets access to your data. Paracon is only paid for your item when it's sent to you, the customer, and we are completely unable to charge a larger amount than the amount you approved at the time of purchase.

Cooling Off Period
Paracon gives you the right to return your goods for 60 days from the day you receive them. In order to get a refund, you must return the goods to us, and they must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. You are responsible for the costs of returning items to us.

Extended Cooling Off Period for Christmas. All items purchased in October, November, and December can be returned until 31 January 2025.
